The contract is established during the purchase process. The contract between Minus Sport Ltd. and the visitor of the website takes effect by pressing the I finalize my order button on the order summary page in the 4^th step of the ordering process. By finalizing the order, the contract between the parties is established. The contract concluded between the Parties in Hungarian language upon purchase of the goods shall be deemed as a written agreement, and is archived by our company. This contract does not refer to a code of conduct. Archiving is performed on a database server. We preserve the data for 5 years, customers can view their access and personal data by clicking on the My Account-> My data menu after signing in to the website or we email them upon request. During the order process you can register or if you are already a registered user, you can review and edit your data in the second step of the order process. Apart from the order process, user data can be modified at any page by clicking on the My Account -> My data menu. Of course, you need to be signed in to change any data.

 

Upon electronic conclusion of the contract, our company issues a paper-based invoice which we send by post along with the ordered product.

 

We confirm each order electronically within maximum 2 hours following the order.

 

We preserve the right to refuse the orders partly or fully. Partial fulfilment may occur only following discussion with buyer! If the purchase price of the product was paid priorly, we refund it partly or fully by wire transfer to the sender of the amount.

 

 

 

The prices quoted in the webshop contain the VAT, i.e. all prices you see in our webshop are inclusive of VAT and are in Hungarian Forint (HUF). Minimal order limit is HUF 1,490 exclusive of shipping costs. You cannot submit your order until the value of your shopping bag reaches this limit.

 

If you choose to pay by wire transfer, the order confirmation will contain the bank account data of our company and all order data. You can transfer the ordered amount to our account or make a payment to our account at any branch of  Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. in Hungary. Please always put the buyer name and order ID received upon confirmation in the remarks field. Our shipping partner contacts you at your submitted address and delivers the product within maximum 2 working days as of receipt of the purchase price.

 

In case of orders with collect on delivery, we send you the order confirmation once your order is finalized and ship the product; our shipping partner contacts you at your submitted address within 2 working days as of your order and you need to pay the purchase price upon delivery of the product/s.

 

 

 

We undertake no warranty for the products sold in our webshop. The products cannot have defects due to their nature.

 

 

Our company maintains its rights of ownership of the ordered products until the purchase price is paid in full. Customer may not transfer the ownership rights of the product to third parties, may not lease or debit it until full payment of the purchase price.

 

 

During the order process, Customer may exercise its right of cancellation as per Government Regulation 45/2014. (II. 26.) without stating its grounds. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments you fulfilled, including shipping costs (except for extra costs that arise due to your selection of a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method we generally apply and offer) immediately, but no later than 14 days as of receiving the notice of cancellation. In the course of reimbursement we apply the same payment method as applied in the original procedure unless you consent to the use of another payment method; the use of this return method shall not incur any extra costs for you. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can notify us at one of our contact addresses in writing, or by telephone, returning us the product at the same time. In case of notices sent by post, we consider the date of postage, in case of notice by telephone, the date of notice. If you send your notice by post, make sure you use registered post services so that you can verify the date of postage. Return the ordered product to our company address by post or courier. You shall bear the cost of returning the product if you choose a delivery method other than postal service. Pay special attention to the normal use of the product, as you are liable to reimburse damages due to misuse of the product! Once the package arrives at our company, the opening of the package and the inspection of the returned product is video-recorded. This is necessary to avoid misunderstandings that may arise later. (E.g. the returned product is damaged or incomplete.) Within 14 days as of cancellation, Minus Sport Ltd. reimburses the purchase price of the product via wire transfer to the bank account stated by customer. (Reimbursement by post is also possible upon prior agreement!)

 

 

We draw your attention that images shown at the website may differ from reality, and may serve as illustration at times. Our company undertakes no liability for changing the technical descriptions without prior notice due to reasons attributable to or beyond supplier.

 

Issues not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code of Hungary, the government regulation 45/2014. (II. 26.) on distance contracts, and the provisions of the Act CVIII/2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
